Making an appointment at Ginger Ink: step by step
Scheduling a tattoo appointment at Ginger Ink is a straightforward process that starts with clear communication. Follow the steps below to plan your personal tattoo experience.
1. Request an appointment
To make an appointment, you can send an email or fill out the form on our website. Be sure to describe the following points clearly:
- Tattoo Design: Tell us what design you have in mind.
- Desired Location: Let us know where you want to place the tattoo.
- Tattoo Size: To clarify the size of your tattoo, we recommend taking a photo of the intended area and marking the dimensions on it. It's best to have someone else do this so we can clearly see where and how large you want the tattoo.
- Reference Material: If you have photos of similar tattoos or styles that appeal to you, share them with us.
- Available Dates and Times: Provide us with insights into your availability.
2. Price Estimation
Once we receive your request, we can provide an estimated quote. The final price will be determined at the appointment itself and is based on various factors, including the required time, level of detail, colors, and so on.
3. Required deposit
When booking a tattoo appointment, a deposit may be required if applicable. Ginger Ink will send you a payment request that must be fulfilled within 5 days to confirm your appointment.
- Tattoos up to €100,- require a deposit of €30,-
- Tattoos from €100,- require a deposit of €50,-
- Tattoos from €350,- require a deposit of €100,-
Please note that a deposit is non-transferable to another person. The amount will be deducted from the final tattoo price.
4. Appointment changes and cancellations
You have the opportunity to reschedule the appointment up to 4 days before the scheduled tattoo appointment. After this period, the deposit will expire, and a new deposit will be required.In the case of appointment cancellation or failure to attend, the deposit is forfeited. If you wish to make a new appointment at a later date, you will need to pay the full amount of the tattoo in advance.
